Liquid farm wine dinner
Thursday, February 7th, 2019, 7:00-9:00pm
Join us for a three course dinner paired with Liquid Farm wines. You will get the special opportunity to meet Jeff Nelson, owner of Liquid Farm, and learn about their low alcohol and minimal contact wines. One seating. Maximum of 20 spots available.
Price: $75 includes a three course dinner, dessert and wine pairings (tax and gratuity not included)
Vermouth is for lovers
Sunday, February 17th, 2019, 3:00-5:00pm
Come saddle up at the bar and join us for a class on vermouths with Jessica of Oliver McCrum wines. She will explain the story behind vermouth, while going over the differences between 5 vermouths from her portfolio. We will then make cocktails with each for everyone to try and she will go over the best uses based on vermouth style. In the spirit of aperitivo hour, we will supply an assortment of snacks and salty bites to eat as you drink. Space is limited to 15 guests. Class is from 3:00pm-5:00pm.

sourdough bread baking class
Sunday, March 3rd, 2019, 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM
Master the basic fundamentals and science of baking sourdough bread with our head baker and owner, Brendan Smith. Our hands-on class teaches the key points of bread baking: hand mixing and folding, shaping, and proofing. We'll showcase multiple methods of baking bread, observing what a fully proofed loaf looks like before it goes into the oven. We'll also cover the basics of keeping a healthy sourdough starter, including a feeding schedule. Everyone will leave class with their own sample of a sourdough starter and a recipe for Bettina's sourdough bread. Coffee, a light lunch and wine included.
