  • HOW SHOULD I CONTACT YOU ABOUT BOOKING AN EVENT?

  • WHAT ARE YOUR PRICES?

    • Pricing varies based on the size and format of your event. To receive a quote for your event, please fill out the contact form.

  • ARE YOU AFFILIATED WITH AUTOSTRADA PIZZA?

    • Why, yes! We are Autostrada Pizza, but we decided to consolidate our businesses under one name when we opened Bettina.

  • WHAT IS INCLUDED IN YOUR PRICING?

    • All food and staffing for buffet-style service (additional staffing fees apply for passed hors d’oeuvres, family-style service, clearing, food running, and scullery service)

    • Menu planning

    • 2 x 6ft tables and serveware for buffet-style service (additional rental fees apply for passed hors d’oeuvres, family-style service, or buffet stations located far away from the pizza oven)

    • On-site set up and breakdown of mobile pizza oven and buffet stations

  • DO YOU PROVIDE RENTALS, PLATES, SILVERWARE, OR NAPKINS?

    • No. But, we offer Worldcentric compostable plates, napkins and forks for an additional $1/person on request.

  • WILL YOU PROVIDE SERVERS?

    • Our pricing includes staffing for buffet-style service. At an additional fee, we can also provide staffing for passed hors d’oeuvres, food running, clearing, and scullery service.

  • DO YOU OFFER BAR SERVICES?

    • No. But, we are happy to provide recommendations for beverage staffing companies.

  • ARE THERE ANY MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS TO BE MET?

    • Yes. We have a minimum price per person that varies based on event size and format. For pricing and details, please get in touch with our events manager using the contact form.

  • DO YOU HAVE A MAXIMUM PARTY SIZE?

    • No! We offer a variety of event services to accommodate parties of all sizes.

  • HOW DO YOU PLAN YOUR MENUS?

    • We offer a customizable menu of appetizers, salads, and pizza that feature the best seasonal ingredients. Within that format, we’ll work with you to create a menu that reflects your tastes and vision. You can see a sample menu here.

  • DO YOU OFFER TASTINGS?

    • We don’t offer formal tastings but you are always welcome to come taste our food for lunch and dinner at Bettina to get a sense of our quality standards and menu. If you decide to book with us after your tasting, we’ll deduct $50 from your final invoice.

  • HOW IS YOUR FOOD SERVED?

    • We recommend buffet-style service because it allows guests to try all the dishes on your menu and come back for more of their favorites! We also offer family style service and passed hors d’oeuvres on request.

  • CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE DIETARY RESTRICTIONS?

    • Yes! We can easily customize our menus to accommodate vegan, gluten free, egg-free, nut-free, and dairy-free diets. We simply ask that you coordinate any special menu items in advance and provide us with a head count of guests with special diets at least a month prior to your event.

  • HOW FAR CAN YOUR MOBILE PIZZA OVEN TRAVEL? HOW MUCH SPACE DO YOU NEED TO SET IT UP?

    • With advance notice, our bright green mobile oven can go just about anywhere. Our set-up requires a 10 x 20 ft. of outdoor space and a relatively flat surface. If you’re not sure that your space will accommodate us, we’re happy to coordinate a site visit!

  • DO YOU NEED ELECTRICITY, WATER, OR KITCHEN ACCESS?

    • We require a small amount of non-potable water to maintain cleanliness throughout the event. For evening events, we also need access to 110V electricity for lighting.
